Slither.io itself is the HTML5 build of the game, hosted on this domain and running in your browser. Its save file lives in your browser’s storage, which is why a career carries on between visits on the same device. The other games are HTML5 builds embedded from the game host that serves our sites. Nothing is installed, no account is needed, and a game only starts downloading when you press Play.
