Coiling is the ultimate predatory maneuver in Slither.io. Once an opponent is trapped inside your perimeter circle, their defeat is mathematically inevitable if you avoid mistakes.

1. Confirming You Have Sufficient Length

Only attempt a full coil if your body length is at least triple the diameter of the victim. If you stretch too thin, they can escape through the gap before you close the loop.

2. Sealing the Head-to-Tail Loop

Boost in a wide circular arc around the target. As your head approaches your tail, touch your own side to close the ring. Do not leave any openings.

3. Tightening the Noose

Slowly spiral inward. Never boost while constricting—simply coast patiently. As their turning radius shrinks, the trapped player will inevitably hit your body wall.
